It is not binding on any Department and it does not establish practice or set precedent. The Company may provide employees access to training and development opportunities, within budget constraints and when such training is within the scope of an employee’s job duties, would prepare an employee to advance or enhance performance in the employee’s present job, or is required as part of a corrective action plan.
