EMPLOYEE EXIT CHECKLIST

 

INTRODUCTION

This form assists you in obtaining all the relevant information as well as company issued items as part of an employee exit process. This checklist is to be completed prior to the termination of any staff member, whether it is a matter of resignation, retirement, transfer, or official leave. Each item on the list is to be considered with the date noted for the time action was taken and the initials of the employee verifying the action.
