DECLARATION OF SOLE EMPLOYMENT

 

INTRODUCTION

This declaration of sole employment applies to all employees working less than 22 hours per week. In such a case the South African Receiver of Revenue (SARS) requires the Company to deduct casual tax (25%) unless the Company is the only employer.
