POLICY ON DEADLY WEAPONS IN THE WORKPLACE

 

INTRODUCTION

The Company has explicitly recognised the authority of the Managers to regulate the possession of deadly weapons on any property owned or controlled by the Company, including the right to prohibit possession of such weapons by any person or entity using or enjoying Company property or premises. This policy applies to all property and premises owned or controlled by the Company, including off-site facilities used for business or other events controlled, sponsored, or managed by the Company.
