CORRECTIVE ACTION ANALYZER

 

INTRODUCTION

The objective self analysis by a supervisor can help improve your own ability to cope with similar problems in the future. Use of this form should dramatically improve your ability to do so. The few minutes spent in completing the analyzer immediately after you have involved yourself in any effort to employ corrective action will pay off in your self-improvement.
