EMPLOYEE COMPUTER LEASE / PURCHASE PROGRAM

INTRODUCTION

To establish a policy of assisting employees in acquiring and sharpening computer literacy skills by providing interest free loans to acquire personal computer equipment and software similar to what employees may be asked to use for company business. This policy details the terms and conditions of agreements between the company and participating employees whereby employees may lease such equipment from the company and acquire ownership of the equipment at the termination of the lease.
