INTRODUCTION
This guideline describes and reviews a range of approaches, models and tools which managers and practitioners may be interested in to learn more about as part of understanding and managing change. To begin the exploration, readers are introduced to some of the key terms and concepts in the literature. These will demonstrate the diversity of thinking and activity encompassed by the single term ‘change’.
