EMPLOYEE CONDUCT AND WORK RULES
INTRODUCTION
In order to ensure orderly operations and provide the best possible work environment, Companies should expect employees to follow rules of conduct that will protect the interests and safety of all employees and the Company. Employees should be required to adhere to the work rules of the Company and the department. Inappropriate behaviour as described by the Company Disciplinary Policy and Procedure should result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. It is not possible to list all the forms of behaviour that are considered unacceptable in the workplace. The following are examples of infractions of rules of conduct that may result in corrective action, up to and including termination of employment.
