INTRODUCTION
The scope and application of this policy is the management and maintenance of appropriate and reasonable guidelines for expenditures relating to business meals, entertainment and other social events conducted in connection with Company business. This policy has been prepared to promote discretion in spending and expenses related to business meals, entertainment and other social events and to promote compliance with all relevant regulations governing this area.
