INTRODUCTION
This record is used to compare shortlisted applicants for employment in a objective manner. Candidates are compared against one another and a final decision is made and the outcome and justification of the decision recorded. This record can then serve as CCMA (Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration) evidence as it will justify the selection of the most suitable candidate and the rationale used for choosing same.
