ACCOMODATION AGREEMENT

 

INTRODUCTION

This agreement regulates those instances where employees are provided with accomodation on the premises. The accomodation agreement regulates all the responsibilities of both the employee in the capacity of lessee and the employer in the capacity of the lessor.

WHEREAS THE PARTIES HAVE AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

1. The LESSEE is employed by the LESSOR in terms of an agreement of employment, a copy of which is annexed to this agreement.
2. The LESSOR has agreed to lease to the LESSEE, a room situated on the premises known as ______________________, subject to the terms and conditions specified below.
